Robert Lee Winkler, 89, of Council, Idaho died in his home June 24, 2020. Robert was born February 18, 1931 in Los Angeles, CA to Florence Ellen (Smith) and Jurel Francis Winkler.
Robert served in the United States Marine Corps and earned the National Defense Service medal. He retired from the Fire Department after many years of faithful and dedicated service.
Graveside Funeral services with Military Funeral Honors will be held on Monday, July 13, 2020 at 2 p.m. in the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery, 10100 Horseshoe Bend Rd., Boise, ID 83714
