Lynda Michelle Buckingham Richards

Lynda, born September 22, 1942, passed into the loving arms of Jesus on August 27,
2020. She leaves behind her beloved daughter and granddaughter, Kristi Shaw Hamilton
and Ashlyn Hamilton of Donnelly. Remaining family, all of whom she loved greatly,
consists of three “sisty uglers”, three nephews, three great nieces, a great nephew, and
cousins, all who reside in Texas. She fought an incredibly strong fight against the
wretched cancer she was diagnosed with in 2017. Lynda belonged to the Long Valley
Chapter of the Red Hat Ladies and the Valley County Republican Women. She attended
Elk Creek Baptist Church. She loved laughing with her coffee clatch friends at the
Whistle Stop. She was an intelligent, talented and unique woman with a wonderful sense
of humor who will be missed greatly by so many. Services will be held in Texas at a later
date.
