Judy Ann Lee, 79, of Cascade, Idaho died January 2, 2025. Judy was born in a house, delivered by her grandmother Vera Trail, on October 26, 1945 in Matthews, MO to Fletcher Brown and Martha Vanetta (Trail) Brown.

Judy married Bob Howard and John Tucker, both deceased. She later married Mike Lee on June 6, 1981 and divorced in 2003, but they remained Best Friends until he died.  Judy attended Oroville Beauty College, Yuba County Jr. College, Butte Community College, Sacramento University, Chico State University, Greenville High School and Chico High School. She retired as a cosmetology supervisor, after working as Cosmetology instructor in Oroville Beauty College. She later earned her CDL in McCall, so she could drive a school bus. She also worked as a CDL Trainer/Bus Driver in the wintertime. In the summers and early Fall, she worked as a Wildfire Crew driver. Judy absolutely loved driving school bus (for 27 years!) in McCall and Donnelly and she misses each and every one of her wonderful students. She loved reading, outdoor activities, especially with her family whom she loved and cherished dearly; and she loved Bingo!

Judy was baptized in the Palermo Baptist Church and was a member of the McCall Baptist Church, attending faithfully until her health declined and she could not attend in person. However, she will always be there in spirit!

She is survived by her son Robert W. Howard of Cascade, ID, daughter Carlene Bliss of McCall, ID and sister Joan Pero of Matthews, MO; grandchildren Cole R. Robinson, Ceji N. McCurdy, Cody C. Bliss, Robert Sage Howard, Cory M. Bliss, Paige Howard and Charles (Chuckie) Jones along with great-grandchildren Christian, Cheyanna, Meryha, Rylan, Lakota, Rihanna, Tyson and Nora. She is also survived by three half-sisters, Linda Brown, Susan Brown and Toni Brown, one half-brother Gary Brown, nephews Michael Sean Hensley of Oroville, CA and Myron E. Johnson of Boise, ID; and Best/Special friends Linda Rafferty, Melonie Ferris, Bruce and Farrell Bewley and Kathy Rainwater.
