Passed away peacefully, at the age of 81, on October 29, 2015.  Harlan was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.  He was a strong leader of family and business.  Survived by his loving wife Colleen of 58 years, daughters Teresa Marie Giamportone (husband Stephen), Vallerie Lynn Creswick (husband Kirk), Laura Ellen Davey (husband Matthew) 7 grandchildren, Carlleen, Kristina, Allisha, Andrew, Brian, Carollyne and Lilly.  Harlan was the younger of two children born and raised in New Albion, NY.  He graduated cum laude in 1955 from Syracuse University, then went west to Montana where he met and married Colleen in July 1957.  Colleen and Harlan settled in beautiful Wilton, CT to raise their three daughters, while spending their summers on the lake in McCall, ID. The remainder of his life was spent in Scottsdale, AZ.   His biography appears in “Who’s who of the east”.  His career included directing and operating of 16 businesses, most recently Leed Fabrication.  Funeral service will be held at Pinnacle Presbyterian Church, on Thursday November 5, 2015 at 3:00pm, viewing begins at 2:15.  Contributions can be made to the American Diabetes Association (www. diabetes.
